SBS Wednesday and Thursday drama series Take Care of Us, Captain is receiving a lot of attention from overseas.
An official of Take Care of Us, Captain said on SBS E! Entertainment News, “Take Care of Us, Captain recently facilitated the export to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan.”
He pointed out, “The exact value for the export contract cannot be disclosed. But I understand that it’s similar to the amount for popular dramas in Korea. In particular, it was sold with the highest amount in Japan.” He explained, “The key is the popularity of Ji Jin Hee and Ku Hye Sun in Japan.”
Ji Jin Hee and Ku Hye Sun are highly popular in Japan. Ji Jin Hee through “Dae Jang Geum” and Ku Hye Sun through Boys Over Flowers, they become the Hallyu stars.
Take Care of Us, Captain tells the growing story of a female co-pilot with passion and ambition. Ji Jin Hee is playing the role of youngest Boeing 747 captain Kim Yoon Sung who is rational in judgment and perfectionist, while Ku Hye Sun is appearing as lively and ambitious Han Da Jin.
