In recent interview with Yonhap News, Choi Kang Hee, the lead actress of Protect the Boss drama series, revealed her thoughts on male co-actors in drama, and was highly praised of them whom she had collaborated with for months.
“I think Ji Sung will be a good husband, and I think has born with acting skills and star quality to become a start,” said Choi Kang Hee.
On Ji Sung who is of same age with her and acted as her lover in the drama, Kang Hee said, “I heard that his IQ is 147, and he is extremely intelligent. I was able to work very well with Ji Sung. He was well prepared with ad-libs, so he would be hilarious out of nowhere while acting, but those funny moments really melted well into the drama.” She continued, “Ji Sung has both mature and baby-like side. I think he is considerate, and that he’ll be good husband material.”
On Kim Jae Joong, a JYJ band member who is a rookie in acting, Kang Hee commented, “I think acting is something that innate in him which he was born with. He has something that is instinctive. There is reason why he is a celebrity.” She also praised Jaejoong, “Jae-joong is very nice guy, it was fun acting with him.”
Choi Kang Hee was also given Park Young Kyu, who played the role of Chairman Cha as Ji Sung’s father, a thumb up. “He is a really cool guy.” She continued, “Park Young Gyu was older than me, but I didn’t feel any age gap between us. He is very charming and is a passionate person. I feel that he is really a young person, and I think I too want to like as such youngly when I am at that age.” She laughed, “Throughout the filming, I lost count of how many great inspirational things he said. We all suggested that he collects those good words and publish them in a book.”
