Synopsis Summary for Episode 1 (premiere episode) of Brain
A strong man suddenly collapsed in the swimming pool, he is sent to the hospital. Dr. Lee Kang Hoon diagnoses and gives him treatment, he decides to perform surgery immediately, but Seo Joon Suk believes that the surgery should be left to professor to perform. They are divided in opinion, but Lee Kang Hoon is still holding his ground. Seo Joon Suk calls the professor, after knowing the incident, professor rushes to the scene.
