The original Chinese title of “Can’t Afford to be Hurt” is “伤不起” (Shang Bu Chi), and it’s sang by Yisa Yu (郁可唯). The song is also the first hit song of Yisa Yu’s second album, “Wei Jia Xing Fu / Micro Plus Happiness” (微加幸福).
The name of the song, “Can’t Afford to be Hurt”, is based on the popular and in-trend Chinese Internet buzzwords, 伤不起, which literally means that the subject has already suffered injury and cannot really afford to be hurt again.
