The hit drama of 2011, SBS TV series Deep Rooted Tree (A Tree with Deep Roots) is releasing its Director’s Cut DVD in April 2012.
The production company said, “Deep Rooted Tree Director’s Cut DVD will be released late April 2012.”
Production company added, “We’ve received requests from more than 2,000 enthusiastic fans through the official message board of the drama, so the decision was made to release Director’s Cut edition of DVD.”
According to PD Jang Tae Yoo previously, “This edition includes the precious scenes that cannot be edited into the 24 episodes, and the new editing produces and restores the new content for Moo Hyul, members of Hidden Roots and other popular characters.”
Deep Rooted Tree is a drama that centers around the serial killings of the scholars to tell the intense conflict between King Sejong and opposition force during Hangul creation.
