The arrested Sincheon’s Popeye Jung Duk Soo managed to escape and run away. At the same time, Kang Eun Chul who is admitted to hospital for gunshot would has disappeared. Jung Duk Soo holds Kang Eun Chul as hostage, and propose the released of Ahn Dong Chool who is in jail in exchange for Eun Chul.
Coast Guard Investigation 9 team uses unconventional way to arrest Jang Duk Soo again, and rescue Kang Eun Chul. However, they’re fallen into even deeper trap.
