The KBS 2TV Monday and Tuesday drama Poseidon only managed to start from a low rating. On September 20th, 2011, the media research company AGB Nielson revealed that, the rating for Poseidon which premiered episode 1 on September 19th is 6.8%.
The rating is the lowest among all programs and shows that broadcast at the same time slot. The MBC’s “Gyebaek” and SBS’s “Warrior Baek Dong-soo” which aired the same time have the rating of 12.1% and 17.8% respectively.
However, the drama has received critical acclaims.
