Plot Summary / Synopsis
The drama depicts the joys, sorrows and successes of wage-earning class officer workers. It describes the life, love, passion, trial and tribulations of the average salaryman, from humble beginnings to success. With clever integration of the great successes of characters from the Chu-Han Contention, the ordinary life of working class is packaged with wit and humor, and the strength of courage of wage earners are shown.

Trivia
- Names of many roles and characters in the drama is based on historical figures from the Chu-Han Contention (楚漢戰爭), a post-Qin Dynasty interregnum period in Chinese history. Hence, the Chohanji (楚漢志) is in the name of Korean drama title.
- The only main character whose name is not based on historical figure is Mo Ga In. With the development of plot, it’s believed the character is based on Zhao Gao.
- The fictional company name in the drama – Chun Ha Group, of which Jin Shi Hwang was originally the president, briefly overtook by Mo Ga Bi, and succeeded by Yoo Bang at the end, literally mean “The World” (天下), signifying its president as the emperor as according to history.
